Sage - 9 Months...

Eating: Sage is only nursing 1-2 times a day now and having 2-3 bottles. She eats oatmeal baby cereal mixed with formula in the mornings. For lunch and dinner she really likes carrots. She will also eat applesauce, sweet potatoes and other baby foods. She likes to snack on Cheerios. We have also started feeding her pieces of bananas and pears and an occasional treat. I think she will be phasing out of baby food soon.

Nicknames: Baby, Sagey, Sagey-baby, Princess, Monkey, Monkoos, and Zoomer
Sleeping: I usually put Sage down for a morning nap around 8:30. She will sleep until 10 usually. She has another nap in the afternoons when Sydney does - 1:00-3:00 or so. She is ready for bed by 7 and wakes up in the morning around 6. She has also been waking up in the middle of the night once or twice lately and is only soothed by milk. She will lay in her bed happily awake before falling asleep and after waking up until someone comes to get her.
These pictures crack me up because Sage was really smiling for us but it looks like a forced/posed/fake smile.
We have the coffee table set up like this to block her from going up the stairs.
Moving: Sage is quickly crawling all over. She is fast now and gets in places she shouldn't be. She loves to pull up on and walk around the furniture. She will make a bee-line for the stairs, fridge or master bedroom of the doors are open. She can stand on her own for a few seconds. She is not interested in walking while holding onto our fingers. She likes to bounce while sitting, standing, or on her knees. She loves to crawl on the couch and the bed and has a pretty good sense of the edge for her age.
Talking: Sage has a lot to say these days. She squeals, laughs and babbles. She doesn't really seem to know the meaning of her sounds yet but does know how to tell us what she wants. She rarely cries.

Bathing: Sage has officially outgrown the baby tub. She loves taking a bath with Sydney now - splashing, playing, crawling!
Teething: Her teeth are coming in funny. She picture below. I think she might be teething to two middle teeth soon. For now she has vampire teeth!
We love our cute little baby!
