Yesterday was Sage's 1st birthday! We were busy cleaning the house, doing laundry and attending stake conference yesterday so we decided to celebrate today instead. After naps we let her open the couple of present she had. She got a couple of small toys, some new clothes, and board books.

We had a couple of friends over for cake and ice cream after dinner tonight.
We sang "Happy Birthday" to Sage. At the end of our singing she started to get sad. Luckily it didn't last long.
She cautiously and methodically tried out her cake.
She even shared a bite with her sister.
Yum! Yum!
