Thanksgiving...

Today I am grateful for:

* The opportunity that a woman like me has in our country to choose to go to school and work. My mind has been stimulated these last few months because of being able to do a little of these two things. I am a happier person because of it.

* Getting to spend some time with a dear friend this week whom I rarely see in our normal daily routines.

* I am so grateful to have a happy healthy family. I am grateful for the hugs and delight I anticipate when I pick them up from the airport tomorrow.

* My own beautiful home in a safe quiet neighborhood.

* The ability to hear and recognize God's voice.
